The 19th year of “Up All Night” will provide a safe, fun, alcohol-free party given to the senior class on graduation night, organized and funded by BHS parents and the Beverly community. This year’s party will be held on Sunday, June 13, 2010 from 10:00 pm - 5:00 am. An information letter will be coming soon in the mail for senior families. There are several ways that ALL BHS parents can help:

· CONSIDER MAKING A DONATION! BHS families are asked to make a donation in any amount. The party is funded solely by donations from BHS families and the community. If every family made a donation we would easily reach our fundraising goal of $15,000.
· DONATIONS CAN BE SENT TO: BHS UP ALL NIGHT c/o Lucia Darr, Treasurer 16 Thoreau Circle. Beverly
· WE NEED CHAPERONES!! For this tradition to continue, we need underclass parents (Moms & Dads) to help at the party. The venue this year requires 20 chaperones at all times or we won’t be able to hold the event. Please consider helping out for a few hours with a friend or two to ensure the party’s success so that it will continue for your child. It’s fun for the chaperones too!
